What is the procedure for company registration?

After completing the company registration form, you will receive information about the service payment. We will prepare the necessary documents within 1 business day and send them to the email address you provided for signing, along with detailed instructions for the next steps.

Does it matter which city you are from?

The procedure for online company registration is entirely remote and does not depend on which city in Bulgaria you are located. The only requirement is the availability of a bank branch and a notary public.

What is not included in the company registration price?

The costs not included in the company registration price are:

Notary fee - BGN 12 / For more than one Manager + BGN 6/number/
Bank fee for opening a capital account – 15-20 BGN

What is the timeframe for company registration?

Once you send all signed and certified documents, we will review and submit the complete documentation to the Registry Agency.
The timeframe for company registration is 2 business days.
As soon as your company is registered, we will send a confirmation of the registration and the company's Current Status to your email address.
